RoGalleryprovides complete worldwide shipping and packing services for all items we sell. All items are packed in-house and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Professional Art Moving Companies (for special deliveries). 

For a shipping estimate please contact us.For customers in the New York City area, you can pick up your purchases in person at RoGallery located at 47-15 36th Street in Long Island City, NY 11101, by appointment.

Framing

If you would like your artwork framed, we have an exceptional in-house framing department that only works with archival and museum quality materials and will frame your artwork to your specifications.

After you have selected your item for purchase please contact us with specifications of your desired frame, we have many options and will provide a framing quote for your artwork(s).

We accept Paypal, Bank Wire Transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders.We ship to confirmed addresses only. (No PO Boxes)Pick-ups and shipments within New York State are subject to sales tax: 8.875%.Note:For sales equal to or exceeding$2000,abank wire transfer is required.

Return Policy

Contact us for any necessary returns - Please keep packing materials for any items damaged in shipping.

Returns Received (Same Condition & Packing Materials):

- Before or 5 days after receipt of package - Full Refund // After 5 days - subject to 25% restocking fee 

No returns for items purchased at auction or items with custom framing.
